Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the return and exchange policy of Winifred Rose Clothing for purchases made on our clothing website www.winifredroseclothing.com. By placing an order on our Website, you the customer agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Return and Exchange Timeframe

1.1. You have a period of twenty-eight (28) days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange for eligible items. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

2.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

3.1. Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are found to be defective or not in conformity with your order. However, custom orders can be altered if necessary to meet your specifications.

3.2. Items designated as "Sale" or "Clearance" are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

4. Requesting a Return or Exchange

4.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at studio@winifredroseclothing.com within the 28-day return and exchange period.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

  • Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).

5. Return Shipping

5.1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

5.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

6. Inspection and Approval

6.1. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return and exchange criteria.

6.2. If the item(s) meet our criteria, we will process your return or exchange within a reasonable time frame.

7. Refunds and Exchanges

7.1. For approved returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping charges, within 28 business days.

7.2. For approved exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you within a reasonable time frame. If the replacement item(s) cost more than the original item(s), you will be responsible for covering the difference in price.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

8.1. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

9. Changes to these Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

At Winifred Rose, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below:
